* Initiate strategic sales plans for responsible channel and ensure sales delivery through strategic planning
* Manage channel assortment mix, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory levels across multiple brands to maximize sales and profitability.
* Identify commercial opportunities in the market to foster sustainable growth for the business
* Enable the business development, driving proposed activities to increase customer reach and sales performance, manage channel related projects
* Analytic skills: Identify channel's key opportunities, gaps, competitors' pricing movements & activities to ensure key winning strategies to win in market shares
* Ability to negotiations of key commercial terms and conditions and strengthen relationships with key customers
* Understanding media tools and the objectives of each campaign to ensure maximum ROI of each campaign and exploring new innovative media to expand touchpoints
ARE YOU A FIT?
* Bachelor's degree in any related field
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, Shopper Marketing in e-Commerce channel
* Adaptable, proactive, and thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Results driven with great sense of responsibility
* A resilient problem-solver with leadership qualities
* Strong ownership and attention to details
* High proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
