Technical Accountant - Reinsurance sector - 6 months contract
Reporting directly to the Technical Accounting Manager and CFO, the role focuses on technical accounting, financial reporting, and monitoring of reinsurance activities in collaboration with underwriting, actuarial, and finance teams.
Managing and validating technical and accounting data related to reinsurance contracts
Monitoring receivables, payables, premium collections, and claims payments
Supporting monthly financial and technical reporting for management purposes
Contributing to regulatory and solvency reporting activities
Liaising with brokers, cedants, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely processing

- as an accountant in a Luxembourg-based company, with a solid understanding of Lux GAAP accounting principles.

Alternatively, relevant experience in a captive management company or an accounting firm providing services for insurance/reinsurance companies.
English and French: Accounting Systems: Substantial working experience with at least one accounting IT system; MS Office and Excel: Advanced knowledge.
