For this reason, we are actively seeking a highly motivated customer service agent-dispatcher to join our global team to improve our processes and continuously ensure we deliver quality services.
Responsibilities :
* Be part of an operational contact structure for managing clients in case of difficulties, such as vehicle breakdowns.
* Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary.
* Ensures the success of support via chat or voice channels and/or by connecting directly with our network of suppliers.

Requirements :
* Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
