In this exciting position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our software service portfolio. Your focus will be on discrete value creation in various industries, including semiconductor, electronics, and automotive, as well as process manufacturing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Strategic Portfolio Development
o Analyze market trends and develop independent needs assessments of various industries regarding software applications.
o Develop and test go-to-market strategies in collaboration with our Sales & Marketing team.
o Support the development of necessary competencies within our organization.
* Operational Tasks
o Design and manage presales projects independently.
o Engage in early conversations and consultations with customers regarding their digitalization projects.
o Create high-quality content, such as position papers, white papers, and presentations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong understanding of digitalization projects in manufacturing, including Industry 4.0 / IIoT, factory and process planning, special machine construction, supply chain management, and quality management.
* Solid knowledge of digitalization strategies and economic assessments regarding digital applications / software solutions in manufacturing.
* Extensive experience in business and strategy consulting is desirable.
* A good network in the industry is an advantage.
* Very good practical experience in lean management and value stream design, as well as with the ISA-95 standard.
* Practical experience in designing, planning, and implementing comprehensive software applications.
* Excellent language skills (spoken and written) as well as communication/presentation skills on C1 or C2 level in both German and English.
