Responsibilities:
1. Order Management: Accept and enter incoming sales orders into SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts and planning.
2. ERP System Maintenance: Update and monitor ERP system settings, ensuring logic, correctness, and taking corrective actions as needed.
3. Customer Communication: Ensure timely and accurate communication of delivery dates and handle customer complaints, returns, and credit notes.
4. Demand and Supply Coordination: Compare market demand with replenishment times, coordinating with demand planning and supply chain management.
5. Quality and Logistics Issues: Handle logistics and quality complaints, ensuring proper communication and resolution within agreed response times.
6. Project and Receivables Management: Participate in internal projects and monitor outstanding receivables, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
Qualifications:
7. Educational Background: Completed vocational training, preferably as an industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk with good technical expertise.
8. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and good in English.
9. Technical Proficiency: Good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP R/3.
10. Work Style: Structured, analytical, and reliable way of working.
11. Coordination Skills: Strong coordination skills with both global customers and internal departments.
12. Service Orientation: Very high service orientation.
