This dynamic organisation, part of a leading independent power producer across Europe, specialise in the technical management, construction and operations of utility-scale Solar Parks and BESS sites. They have seen great success and rapidly expanded their German team in recent years, are now looking to appoint an ambitious leader to take ownership of the service department and fuel future growth.
In this role, the Service Team Leader serves as the primary interface between onsite technicians and office operations, driving excellence through hands-on maintenance, proactive leadership, scheduling, and complex problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will be an electrical engineer with a strong background in service and maintenance, and a proven track record working on large scale infrastructure. You will hold a Bachelors, Meister, Techniker or equivalent, a driving license and speak fluent German.

The Role:
1. Act as the primary link between onsite technicians and portfolio managers
2. Lead a team of technicians, providing technical support and fostering professional growth
3. Carry out reactive and preventive maintenance on site
4. Respond to reactive issues and problem solve efficiently
5. Enforce strict operational safety and regulatory compliance at every level
The Person:
6. Proven background in electrical operations, maintenance and servicing
7. Experience working on large scale infrastructure
8. Bachelors, Meister or Techniker
9. Driving License
10. Fluent in German
