Deine Aufgaben umfassen unterstützende Tätigkeiten bei der Einführung von Predictive Maintenance Strategien und Methoden, Digitalisierungsprojekten und Condition Monitoring. Responsibilities Include: Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von Predictive Maintenance Methoden zugeschnitten auf die Anforderungen des Reliability Teams in Leverkusen Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von datenbasierten Modellen (u.a. Machine Learning, KI-Modelle) mit den Anwendungsfällen: Frühzeitige Anomalie-Erkennung sowie Abbildung des Verschleißverhaltens von rotierenden Maschinen Identifikation von potenziellen Ursachen von Fehlern in verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen basierend auf Prozessdaten Ableiten von Schadensursachen anhand von Schwingungsdaten Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Instandhaltungsprozessen (Ist-Aufnahme, Erarbeiten von Optimierungs-ansätzen, Pilotierung und Ausrollen von Prozessen) Unterstützung beim Condition Monitoring (Auswertungen von Messdaten, Prozessbeschreibungen etc.) Qualifications: Du verfügst bereits über einen Bachelorabschluss und bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Masterstudiengang in Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Chemietechnik oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office 365 Tools, insbesondere Excel Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in der Programmiersprache Python Du bist teamfähig und verfügst über gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis, Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift sehr gut und bringst idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Englisch mit Bevorzugt hast du bereits Erfahrungen in SAP-PM, MS SharePoint, MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Aveva PI gesammelt Erfahrung mit Machine Learning, KI-Modellentwicklung, CRISP-DM Prozess insbesondere unter Nutzung der Programmiersprache Python ist von Vorteil Erfahrungen in der Schwingungsanalyse Kenntnisse in der VBA-Programmierung Gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) What We Offer: At Momentive, we value your well-being and offer competitive total rewards and development programs.
