Role and Responsibilities
1. Supports all EMEA customers regarding technology roadmap and technical promotion activities as well as customer onboarding on the B2B system
2. Manages and updates technical promotion and marketing materials
3. Responsible for analyzing the market and technology (TAM, SAM and SOM), considering the competition and market shares with different potential customers
Skills and Qualifications
4. A Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in Microelectronics.
5. Focus on solid state devices and/or VLSI circuit design is a plus.
6. Solid understanding of VLSI circuit design, design flows and related EDA collaterals (Schematic, Synthesis, P&R, Analog & Digital Design Flows, EDA setup, PPA, etc.)
7. Min. 5 years professional experience in Sales & Marketing functions within the Semiconductor area
8. Solid knowledge of Semiconductor market. Deeper knowledge of AI and Automotive markets is a plus.
9. Strong customer orientation
10. Pro-active / consultative sales approach
11. Persuasive and professional presenting technologies and concepts to customers
12. Very good communication skills and ability to negotiate at all levels of an organization
13. Self-starter, takes initiative and able to work under minimum supervision and a dedicated problem solver
14. Welcomes working in a multi-cultural and high intensity environment
15. Assertive, determined, flexible and creative personality
