Responsibilities
As a Lead Solution Architect for Microsoft Cloud, you will be globally responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high‑performing cloud solutions using Microsoft technologies. You will lead architectural strategies, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure alignment with business goals, local requirements, and IT standards.
Tasks
* Design and implement end‑to‑end cloud architectures on the company Microsoft Tenant using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and other cloud services.
* Lead technical design sessions and create solution blueprints, documentation, and cost estimates.
* Manage availability and connectivity of cloud infrastructure to all international locations.
* Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions.
* Execute the implementation and ensure successful go‑live.
* Ensure the reliable operation of the solutions.
* If advisable, select, contract, and supervise external service providers.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand goals and ensure solutions meet strategic objectives.
* Stay current with Microsoft Cloud advancements and incorporate best practices into solutions and architecture.
* Ensure compliance with security and governance standards across cloud deployments.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Microsoft technologies (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365).
* Strong understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps, and enterprise integration.
* Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Networking Solutions or similar are highly preferred.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor teams and engage stakeholders.
* Expertise in Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Active Directory, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality solutions under tight deadlines.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
