As a (Senior) IT Solution Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing IT infrastructure, leading projects, and fostering strategic partnerships to support our mission of saving and improving lives around the world. The position is full-time at our location in Unterschleißheim and limited to 2 years.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that IT systems run stably and meet all regulatory requirements.
* Responsible for IT initiatives from the concept phase to successful implementation and ensure continuous optimization of IT services.
* Analyze business processes and develop tailored IT solutions that are efficiently implemented.
* Build strong relationships with global and local platforms and promote collaboration for sustainable IT development.
* Contribute ideas, propose innovative solutions, and help drive the digital transformation of the production site.
Qualifications
* Experience in IT infrastructure and system management with a strong hands-on mentality.
* At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT or service environment, ideally in the life sciences industry or a production environment.
* Solid knowledge in project management and service management (ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage).
* Fluent German and English skills.
* Responsibility, independent working style, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
