What you can expect:
* Full responsibility: You manage and develop your sales territory independently and with strategic foresight.

What you bring:
* Technical background meets sales expertise: You have a solid technical education -combined with commercial or sales-oriented training.
* Experience that counts: At least 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales - ideally in plastics or industrial components.
* Strong networker: You know the industry inside out.
* Personality with drive: Customer-focused, communicative, and goal-oriented in execution.
* Language skills: German at native level, fluent English; French is an advantage.
* Flexible and mobile: Willingness to travel 50-70% within your region.
