* create mood boards, layout plans, and styling guides to communicate concepts clearly from vision to execution
* work closely with the visual merchandising, buying, and store teams to ensure products are styled to highlight key assortments, new arrivals, and bestsellers
* use your aesthetic expertise to optimize space usage and customer flow, supporting stronger product visibility and improved conversion rates
* contribute to sales strategies through design: create high-impact visual moments that drive attention, interest, and purchase intent
* analyse performance and adapt styling concepts to enhance visual effectiveness and commercial success

* proven experience in styling product assortments and creating visual stories that drive customer engagement
* proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar; understanding of 3D and 2D visual layout is an asset
* strong organizational skills, hands-on attitude, and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment
* excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
