Job Description Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) to join their team to drive our quality initiatives forward. The role will be in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where you will be working closely with the Process owners, supporting various functions across the organization. Our QA is our specialist supporting the organization being compliant with regulatory requirements, certification standards and internal company procedures. The QA reports to our COO and are a member in the Management team. Main responsibilities: Actively engage in responsibilities to develop, implement, maintain, monitor and audit quality management systems (QMS) and procedures to ensure agile yet compliant quality assurance activities Support continuously improvement of procedures to ensure compliance to quality standard ISO9001:2015. Continue the transformation of the companies QMS to be embedded in the business Support and guide processes for deviations, CAPAs and change control and risk assessment Support risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives Participate internal inspections and support in supplier audits Participate in customer audits and inspections from authorities and notified bodies Perform internal trainings of the Quality System Support Senior Management in the annual Management Review of the Quality System Initiate activities to encourage quality culture Be an escalation point for matters related to quality assurance Be the point of contact and organizer for external audits conducted by regulatory agencies Who are you? University degree in engineering or equivalent education Minimum of 5 years of experience of quality assurance and operational development Experience from the defense or manufacturing industry Proven international knowledge of technology, norms, and standards applied in the quality field Solid knowledge in quality management systems and certification standard ISO9001:2015 Read, write, and speak English fluently A quality mindset that is curious and thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and international environment Analytical and able to prioritize, work efficiently, be structured, and be results-oriented Proven skills to co-operate and communicate effectively with authorities, customers and people on different levels of an organization Enjoy working with problem solving and continuous improvements and are supporting in creating a positive quality culture Have the right skills to perform tasks accurately without continuous supervision but seeking input from others as needed
