Description and Requirements
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Inside Account Manager for our Enterprise Accounts in the region North (location: Essen).
The Inside Account Manager will work collaboratively with the Key Account Manager and Hybrid Account Manager within one Team to manage all presales activities for a given set of Enterprise accounts. This position proactively works with the decision makers at our clients and internal stakeholders to provide support of sales opportunities and ensures the appropriate portfolio of Lenovo products, services and software is architected to solve our client’s business problems.
This job role includes:
1. Enthusiastic and strong will to win
2. Provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone and email
3. Work closely with Key Account and Hybrid Account Manager in the ongoing development of opportunities and management of existing accounts.
4. Assist Key Account Manager and Hybrid Account Manager with customer requests and ongoing communication touchpoints that drive Customer Experience (CX)
5. Act as the PC specialist by working directly with the customer for configurations to ensure meeting needs of customer along with updates on status
6. Pipeline accuracy and weekly cadence reporting of forecast and opportunity management for customer tracking and identifying
7. Strong communication skills and ability to influence customer decisions to close business
8. Leverages technical sales team for complex configurations
9. Works collaboratively with Account Managers for development of value proposition and solution roadmap
10. Driver of pipeline accuracy and weekly cadence reporting of forecasting, opportunity management, customer tracking and identifying and confirming ongoing sales needs
Position Requirements:
11. First experience aiding in solution-based sales
12. Solid knowledge of the scope of Lenovo’s products and services
13. High proficiency in executive level written and verbal communication skills
14. Previous experience in a technology field or IT Industry is highly preferred; proven successful sales experience and contracts knowledge
15. Previous experience with Dynamics 365, combined with strong Microsoft application skills
16. Should learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
17. Should maintain an understanding of sales processes, techniques and tools and use them appropriately
18. Can differentiate offerings and articulate the Lenovo value proposition against the competition, to ensure the best potential to win in sales opportunities
