MISSION: Development of the supply chain for concrete tower components.
TASKS:
1. Category Strategy development and Implementation.
2. Supplier relationship management and Supplier Account Management.
3. Coordinate all supplier-related activities throughout the value chain.
4. Ensure and control supplier performance.
5. Set-up framework agreements with blade suppliers and monitor their performance assuring supply.
6. Manage supplier accounts including internal as well as external interfaces.
7. Responsible for global targets (cost, quality, delivery) in coordination with stakeholders
8. Global development of supply chain concrete tower components.
9. Search for alternative suppliers, RfQ…
10. Negotiation of capacity and prices.
11. Negotiate and manage global contracts depending on Commodity, service or country/market.
12. Secure proactive supplier engagement on initiatives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, costs, corporate social responsibility, sustainability and Innovation.
13. Ensure KPIs and targets are achieved at supplier level.
YOUR PROFILE:
14. Business and/or Engineering degree or other relevant educational background.
15. Above 3-5 years of experience in the same or similar position.
16. Knowledge of hydraulic components.
17. Knowledge and experience in lubrication systems.
18. Experience in strategic sourcing and category management in Wind Sector and/or comparable industry on international scale.
19. Previous experience in renewable energy sector.
20. Knowledge and experience with SAP.
21. Studies in supply chain/buys.
22. English is a must. Minimum C1 certificate. Spanish.
23. Valuable: German, Portuguese, Chinese.
