ACCOUNTING SME
Profiles skills:
a) Ability to develop a good understanding of the financial models (especially in structured finance and securitization-like products), of their technical specificities, and of the link with and impact on accounting;
b) Ability to deliver high quality deliverables and implement project management work;
c) Excellent written and spoken English, capacity to summarise complex and technical issues in writing and present during a meeting;
d) Excellent communication skills: regular and systematic exchanges of information, progress updates and relevant escalation in case of issue to be maintained with
the responsible employees
e) Flexibility and adaptability to the client’s needs and specific features and requirements;
f) High attention to details
g) Flexibility to implement the client’s feedback and to make the fine-tuning process as time and cost efficient as possible;
h) Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising the quality of the final products;
i) Ability to work on several assignments in parallel;
j) High team spirit and collaboration skills
+ when possible:
Knowledge of how IFRS 9 models (e.g., ECL calculations)
Experience in Testing and Quality Assurance & Familiarity with tools for test management (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
