We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to persuade customers over the phone. The role involves contacting potential customers, identifying suitable partners, and scheduling virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams. As you progress, you will learn how to present our offer, identify customer needs, and guide the process through to contract signing – always with support from your team. After contract signature, you will assist with handover to our Scientific Consulting Team and provide support as needed in the future. All customer appointments take place exclusively digitally - travel activity is not foreseen in this role. You will work closely with your colleagues, receive comprehensive training, and regular feedback. You will learn to prepare your conversations carefully, document them structurally, and prepare them deliberately.
Requirements
* Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level)
* No prior experience in sales necessary - mindset and energy are more important
* Structured working style, solution-oriented thinking, and self-motivation
