* You maintain and continuously update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance
* You ingest, convert, and structure content from various document formats into the knowledge management system, applying templates, taxonomy, and accessibility standards
* You apply structured content principles, tagging, and categorization to improve searchability and overall user experience
* You support markets and regions by helping them locate existing articles, validating content availability, and guiding them to the right information
* You identify content gaps, initiate new article creation, and collaborate with teams across Customer Service, Digital, and UX to gather and validate inputs
* You review and refine content to align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and best practices in knowledge management
* You monitor content performance and contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience with knowledge management systems (e.g., eGain, ServiceNow, or similar) or willingness to learn
* Ability to ingest and convert content from multiple document formats into structured knowledge articles
* Understanding of structured content principles and digital publishing
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Familiarity with customer service environments is a plus
* Fluency in English
