About Flow & Partners
Flow & Partners is a specialized financial partner dedicated to helping businesses optimize their working capital. We don’t just provide "off-the-shelf" loans; we structure complex financing solutions, primarily through large-scale invoice discounting and factoring, to help our clients scale. As we expand our footprint in the German market, we are looking for a standalone Credit Manager to spearhead our risk assessment and credit operations.
The Role
As our Credit Manager in Germany, you will be the sole person responsible for the credit function in the region. This is a high-impact, autonomous role where you will evaluate the creditworthiness of corporate clients and ensure the quality of our portfolio. You will not just be checking boxes; you will be an integral part of structuring deals that are both secure and commercially viable.
Your core responsibilities include:
* Performing deep-dive financial analysis of potential clients, evaluating financial statements, and understanding complex debt structures.
* Crafting professional, data-driven credit reports (Kredit-PM) for internal approval or partner banks.
* Monitoring the ongoing risk of our German portfolio and managing the full credit lifecycle.
* Working closely with our Account Managers to provide the analytical depth needed to close high-volume deals.
* Ensuring all credit activities align with the German B2B financial landscape and regulatory requirements.
Who You Are
We are looking for a professional with a background similar to "Lead Underwriting" or "Senior Underwriter" from the Fintech or Banking sector. You have a proven track record of managing credit cycles independently.
Required Qualifications:
* 4-5 years of experience in Commercial Credit, Underwriting, or Factoring.
* Strong ability to perform rigorous credit assessments and write structured reports.
* A deep understanding of the German factoring and debt market.
* Fluency in both German and English is a strict requirement.
* You are "self-going" and comfortable being the sole point of contact for credit in Germany.
