WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. Technical management of the team, further training of team members, capacity planning
2. Design and evaluation of electrical subsystems and assemblies in the offer phase for the vehicle integration laboratories
3. Management and coordination of the development and installation of the integration labs with deadline and budget control at team level
4. Management of subcontractors in the external assignment of development activities
5. Checking and approving the work results of team members and subcontractors
6. Further development and application of technical guidelines, e.g. with regard to electrical engineering specialists
7. Monitoring the further development of new electrical components and production technologies
8. Coordination with the project coordination team
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
9. Successfully completed studies in the field of communications engineering or comparable
10. Several years of professional experience in the desired field
11. Detailed knowledge of the design of electrical systems in the vehicle sector
12. Experience with military requirements and standards
13. CAD knowledge, especially E3 Series
14. Experience in the area of requirements management and the use of DOORS
15. Willingness to travel occasionally
16. Good command of written and spoken English
