Your responsibilities
The Civil & Mechanical team is responsible for creating solutions for solar, wind, and battery storage projects from the conceptual design to execution across Europe.
Create and review site engineering design for utility scale wind, solar and battery storage Projects (Focus but not limited to Civil & Mechanical topics)
Deliver designs and optimization in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and industry practices
Technical Due diligence and site investigation including cost and quantity estimations
Structural analyse and foundation design (Wind, Solar and BESS)
Defining and overseeing external engineering services, as well as scope of technical contract
Be responsive to the needs of internal stakeholders and project requirements
Provide feedback and contribute to continues improvement in all areas
Your profile
Degree in civil engineering or similar (Advanced vocational qualifications and practical experienced is considered).
At least three years of relevant work experience in Solar and/or Wind engineering (Civil)
Experience in Foundation and crane pad design for wind turbine is preferred
Member of a German chamber of engineers are prefered
Profound Civil 3D and AutoCAD skills (others are helpful)
Knowledge of Eurocode, IEC codes and industry practices
Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of international work experience
Willingness to travel internationally
