Role Purpose
Our Sourcing team is looking for a procurement professional based in Germany with a consulting mindset. We provide high-value, client-centric sourcing solutions across IT, software, hardware, and infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with procurement and sourcing experience who enjoys problem-solving, engaging with stakeholders, and driving efficiency. Beyond execution, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their sourcing strategies and navigate complex procurement challenges.

Fluency in German is mandatory, along with a professional level of English. Proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Drive and support strategic sourcing initiatives, from market analysis to contract negotiation.
* Act as a procurement advisor, guiding internal stakeholders through best practices and value-driven sourcing strategies.
* Manage procurement projects, from routine supplier renewals to high-value negotiations.
* Conduct market research, benchmarking, and supplier assessments to inform decision-making.
* Lead or support supplier negotiations, securing optimal commercial terms.
* Analyze procurement data and develop recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Participate in contract structuring, risk assessment, and compliance analysis.
* Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and business teams to align procurement strategies with corporate objectives.
* Support change management and process optimization initiatives within procurement
Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, ideally within a consulting or advisory role.
* Strong negotiation skills, with experience handling supplier agreements and cost optimization.
* Business and consulting mindset, with the ability to analyze challenges and propose structured solutions.
* Interest in IT, technology, and digital procurement trends.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrating flexibility, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—clear, persuasive, and diplomatic.
* Strong analytical and project management skills, with attention to detail.
* Fluency in German is mandatory, along with English at a professional level. Proficiency in French is a strong plus.
