As a Field Service Technician with a focus on maintenance, you will be responsible for the regular servicing of our radio systems directly at customer sites. You ensure that our systems operate reliably and safely. You work in a structured manner, are skilled with your hands, and are open to professional development with the support of our team. Responsibilities - Perform scheduled maintenance visits at customer locations - Conduct visual and functional inspections of our systems according to checklists - Replace standard components (e.g., switches, housing parts, antennas) - Document completed work - Communicate with customers in a friendly and solution-oriented manner - Collaborate closely with the service team for technical inquiries or escalations Requirements - Completed training in a technical or trade field (e.g., electronics technician, mechatronics technician, plant mechanic, automotive technician, or similar) or equivalent professional experience - Manual dexterity and enjoyment of structured work - Reliable and independent working style - Friendly demeanor and customer-oriented communication - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Good English skills in speaking and writing (for technical documentation and team communication).
