Generative AI Engineer - Enterprise Copilots & Automation (m/f/n)

Design and build Generative AI solutions that improve productivity and automate knowledge-driven workflows. You will develop AI assistants and intelligent automation solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and internal knowledge sources.
Your tasks
Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to business and IT processes
Design and build AI assistants and automation solutions for internal teams
Develop RAG-based knowledge systems using enterprise documentation and data sources
Integrate LLMs and AI services into enterprise applications and workflows
Build AI-driven automation pipelines combining language models, APIs, and workflow platforms
Prototype and evaluate emerging GenAI technologies
Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and responsible AI principles
Your profile
Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
Good software engineering and programming skills, preferably in Python
Experience building applications powered by large language models (LLMs) such as assistants or knowledge systems
Understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector search
Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, or automation platforms
Familiarity with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or similar)
Solid software engineering practices (version control, testing, CI/CD)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
Excellent English communication skills; German and/or French is an advantage
