Key Role Summary
This position oversees the management of Risk Models and Analytics, focusing on developing methodologies to measure, monitor, and manage financial risk and capital.
Main Responsibilities
* Contributes to model development, IT applications deployment, and streamlining internal processes within the Risk Office divisions.
* Provides support for internal clients regarding existing models and applications used by the Risk Office.
* Fosters use cases for existing or new models, considering the needs of Risk Office divisions relative to the overall IT environment.
* Participates in change management projects and automation initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
* University degree in quantitative fields like Computer Science/Engineering or other relevant areas.
* At least 3 years of experience in model development, IT engineering, or innovation roles.
* Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
* Business analysis and change management skills are highly desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Sharepoint online, Business Object, Microsoft 365, and Smart-IT is required.
* Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and result-oriented mindset.
* Understanding of the organization's mission, structure, and activities.
* Excellent English language proficiency; knowledge of other EU languages is an asset.
