Your detailed responsibilities include:Analyzing and evaluating complex requirements and deriving solutions for ServiceNow implementation.Developing comprehensive concepts for integrating ServiceNow solutions into client processes and IT landscapes, including use cases, reference architectures, demos, and sales arguments.Managing high-complexity ServiceNow projects within the digital transformation of companies.Assessing end-to-end scenarios for ServiceNow deployment, especially in healthcare and public administration sectors.Collaborating with specialists from other corporate units on topics like cloud, security, monitoring, billing, and integration.Preparing pitches and presentations for decision-makers at client side and senior management/CxO level, including technical briefings and background information.Candidate ProfileYou possess extensive knowledge of ServiceNow, with over 5 years of professional experience from various roles such as developer, consultant, project manager, or architect.
