Ensure all payroll-related tasks, including administration, salary calculation, and timely payment of wages, social security contributions, and taxes
Manage payroll processes autonomously, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and respect of deadlines
Handle monthly tax and social security declarations, as well as annual obligations and support during fiscal controls
Support continuous improvement of HR administration and payroll processes
Provide payroll-related data for accounting closings (accruals, reconciliations, provisions, etc.)
Liaise with external auditors to ensure proper audit support for HR Services
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with solid professional experience in payroll administration in Luxembourg
Strong knowledge of payroll accounting (provisions, budgeting, cost accounting, etc.)
Familiar with at least one payroll tool; Advanced Excel skills
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset
