Intro Audiencly is a leading influencer marketing agency, renowned for delivering industry- leading services. As part of the Flexion Plc. group, our financial operations and reporting structures are increasingly integrated into a broader corporate framework. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented full-time Financial Accountant to support the preparation of accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with German accounting standards. This is an execution-focused role (not client-facing), ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data and financial reporting within a clear and structured framework. Main Focus: Financial Accounting, Compliance, German Reporting (HGB) Tasks Extract financial data from ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), complete account classification, and perform general ledger reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, BS, CF) in accordance with HGB and support monthly close processes (e.g., journal entries, accruals, provisions). Maintain accurate audit trails, and support documentation for internal and external audits and tax filings. Monitor compliance of daily financial transactions, correct coding errors, and ensure strict adherence to German Commercial Code (HGB). Review financial reports and assist with variance analysis under supervision. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting under German GAAP (HGB). Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar) for journal entries, reporting, and reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting; familiarity with Power BI is a plus. Strong attention to detail and comfort with routine and repetitive accounting tasks. Written and reading proficiency in English, able to support requests from Group Finance. Ability to work independently and maintain high accuracy in a remote setup. Nice to Have: Experience in media, project-based industries, or environments requiring cost classification by client or department. Exposure to German audit or tax inspection processes.
