Your Tasks
* Contribute to the further development and optimization of global quality processes and guidelines.
* Support the documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Conduct research, analyses, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for process improvement.
* Apply initial knowledge in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma) – beneficial but not required.
* Confidently use MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as part of your daily work.
* Collaborate with international teams across North and South America, China, India, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Your Profile
* Studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business Management, Data Analytics, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, Operations or Quality Management or another relevant technical or business field.
* Initial experience in project management is a plus but not required.
* Strong Power BI skills and confident handling of data.
* Structured, analytical, and independent working style.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Very good English skills for working in an international environment.
* Interest in global quality topics and in improving existing processes.
