The primary purpose of this position is to support the team’s mission of accelerating pharmaceutical research through high‑throughput screening and predictive assays. Core Responsibilities Inventory Management: Registering, tracking, storing, and distributing compound and sample inventories. Library Maintenance: Plating, reformatting, and diluting compound libraries, while ensuring rigorous quality control. Laboratory Automation: Operating and providing support for laboratory automation platforms used in compound handling and sample preparation. Resource Coordination: Organizing and monitoring the inventory of laboratory consumables, reagents, and chemicals. Compliance: Assisting with the maintenance of laboratory documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety compliance. Requirements Mandatory Criteria: Education: An MTA, BTA, CTA, or a BSc in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or an equivalent qualification.
