What You Bring: A proven track record as a fully qualified German lawyer (m/f/d), with more than ten years of top-tier experience in national and international M&A transactions and outstanding expertise in general corporate law .
Additional proficiency in IT law —including IT project implementation, software development, and public procurement—is a strong advantage.
Experience at leading law firms paired with significant periods as in-house counsel at global technology companies demonstrates your ability to deliver results within complex, high-stake environments.
Flawless academic credentials : a combined score of at least 18 points from both German Legal State Exams is essential; international qualifications or an MBA add further distinction.
Exceptional strategic and conceptual abilities combined with a deep interest in economic and business issues .
