About the role
As HR Manager, you play a central role in shaping both our growth and our company culture. With our continued expansion, you ensure that we attract, onboard, and support the right people while providing guidance and structure to our teams.
Your responsibilities
1. Lead the full recruitment process: from drafting job descriptions and selecting applicants to conducting interviews and managing contracts.
2. Ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process for new colleagues.
3. Act as the first point of contact for all employee-related questions and serve as the interface to external stakeholders (tax office, health insurance providers, VBG, etc.).
4. Work closely with management to implement HR projects in areas such as employee retention, employer branding, benefits, and compliance.
5. Develop and roll out training and development programs, while supporting team leaders in preparing annual reviews.
