Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Master Data Management (MDM) strategies, processes, and authorization conceptsImplement and optimize master data processes and governance rules (e.g. SAP customizing)Ensure data quality, consistency, and efficient master data processesMaintain, validate, and approve key master data objects in SAPPerform data migrations, mass data updates, and process monitoring activitiesCreate analyses, reports, and KPIs to monitor and improve data qualityParticipate in and lead MDM projects, while continuously developing policies, standards, and best practicesEnsure the availability and reliability of MDM services through close collaboration with IT and business departmentsConduct training sessions on master data maintenance and governanceQualifications:
Extensive professional experience in Master Data Management (e.g. SAP S/4HANA), with a proven understanding of the complexities of the fieldStrong commitment to ensuring high data quality and a solid understanding of completeness and plausibility checksHands-on SAP experience with master data objects (e.g. Material Master, Business Partner, and other master data domains), including their maintenance and optimizationStrong team player with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative working environmentFluent written and spoken English, enabling effective communication in an international environment
