Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for beauty or personal care retail? The Albert Roger Group is a fast-growing, pan-European Health & Beauty company. We bring innovative and inspiring brands to retailers and consumers across Europe, working with the Business Development Director to further expand our footprint in Germany.
As our Business Development Manager for Germany, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our commercial success. You’ll manage strategic accounts, grow our brand presence across top German retailers, and lead the charge in introducing new, on-trend products to the market.
Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution across in-store and online channels
Launch and develop new brands into the German retail landscape
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in FMCG, ideally in beauty, personal care or health.
~ Proven track record with large German retailers (e.g., dm, Rossmann, Müller, etc.)
~ based near Frankfurt (hybrid working model)
