📍 Germany (Central / Southern Germany preferred) | Regular travel to Wiesbaden
💰 Up to €90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Builtin Talent is supporting a rapidly growing international renewable energy developer in the search for a Land Acquisition Manager to support the continued expansion of their German Solar PV & BESS pipeline.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business at an exciting growth stage, with strong backing across Europe and ambitious development plans in Germany.
Key responsibilities:
• Identifying and securing land for Solar PV & BESS projects
• Negotiating land agreements with landowners and stakeholders
• Conducting site assessments and feasibility reviews
• Supporting ongoing development projects through to later stages
• Working closely with development, legal and technical teams
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in land acquisition within renewable energy
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of Solar PV and/or BESS development
• GIS/CAD knowledge beneficial
• Fluent German and strong English required
• Agri-PV / agricultural background advantageous
