This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin. What You’ll Do Take full ownership of the Account Manager Team (>10 AMs) across multiple European markets, building, mentoring, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing, collaborative team. Your onboarding will consist of diving deep into the role, taking care of a batch of customers yourself. Ensure account management is the voice of the customer internally. Develop and push an upsell motion in every market, NRR (net retention rate) is your north star. Strategically plan and implement projects that improve efficiency & performance in the department. Constantly coach the team to reach new heights, shadowing calls, joining some, and providing actionable feedback is your thing. What Makes You a Great Fit Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS customer success, and account management (5 years experience) and proven ability to engage directly with clients. You are a leader, coaching and mentoring teams to constantly reach new heights is what drives you. Proven success in scaling operations and leading teams, ideally across more than one market in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups. You come either from a top tier business school, or have a technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering Previous experience in the startup ecosystem or high-growth environments. Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a tangible positive impact. Exceptional communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent English communication skills (C2). proficiency in French, Italian or Spanish is a plus. Why Join Us?
