Your tasks:
7. Involvement in the development, improvement, availability, and maintenance of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) in Swiss Krono Group by performing the roles of SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist
8. Leverage opportunities for standardization of business processes, EAM systems, and interfaces in close support and collaboration with other Consultants, site Maintenance teams, and IT Infrastructure teams.
9. Develop the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) roadmap together with the business users and then implement the process across the Organization
10. Support the preparation of local business cases for SAP-EAM including projects where the site needs expertise to identify and quantify improvements or gains, implement, or execute change programs
11. Organize and lead the development and implementation of standard software-based maintenance performance in EAM and reporting systems
12. Ensure that all EAM (SAP PM) governance, guidance, and standard documentation is kept up-to-date and communicated throughout the company
13. Act as Swiss Krono SAP EAM representative for other initiatives and programs across the Organization
14. Develop training materials and train the users in SAP EAM when needed;
15. Solving incident and change requests which are opened in the ticketing tool (JIRA)
16. Taking an active role in S/4HANA Projects
17. Taking an active part in Rollout Projects
18. Travel to our plant locations if/when needed
Your profile:
19. 3 years of experience in SAP EAM (Enterprise);
20. Deep knowledge of SAP-PM (as a must), spare parts managed by SAP IM and SAP EWM (nice to have);
21. Experience with FIORI apps in implementation in the SAP EAM area;
22. Experience with maintaining best practices related to EAM;
23. Experience in Master Data in the area of EAM;
24. Experience in implementing SAP projects, preferably also as an end-user;
25. People skills to form strong business users relationships;
26. Experience in implementing business processes / behavioral change initiatives;
27. Strong understanding of an EAM project, budgeting, and cost management;
28. Strong knowledge of standard industry approaches and best practices in the area of EAM;
29. Responsibility for knowledge transfer in all directions.
30. The ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization;
31. Fluent in English (as a must) and German (nice to have)
