Your Role
* Assist Turkish-speaking customers via phone, email & chat
* Troubleshoot issues and guide users with clear solutions
* Deliver top-quality customer service
* Keep accurate records of interactions
You Bring
* Turkish C2 + English B2
* Strong communication & customer service skills
* Team player, adaptable, positive attitude
* EU citizenship or valid work permit
* Experience is a plus, but not required
