Who will you be joining?
The Accounting Hub as part of Group Accounting and Reporting at Allianz SE is a central provider of accounting functions for Allianz entities in Germany and worldwide. We are managing a broad range of services in finance, being a center of competence in Investment Accounting, Subledger Accounting, Closing & Reporting for non-Insurance entities and the maintenance and development of our finance systems.
The team “Projects and Governance” is the core team for the further evolution of the accounting Hub. Main tasks are:
* The onboarding of new entities to the accounting hub
* The strategic development of the hub and its services, incl. stakeholder management
* The optimization and further development of processes and the implementation of automization and Robotics for the accounting hub as well as for serviced units
How can you make an impact?
You will support us in our projects but also in our daily accounting tasks and on the same time learn a lot about Accounting, SAP Systems and Allianz as a company.
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
* You study business studies, economics with finance focus or mathematics and have a outstanding track record from High School ("Abitur")
* Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
* We can only consider your application if you provide the following documents:

o Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens). Please check before applying if you can work with your current VISA
* Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Creativity and innovation.
* Good oral and written skills in German and English
