* Lead and manage projects for the development of innovative factory concepts and layouts for ( inflight ) catering facilities, industrial kitchens, convenience food production, and food factories
* Analyze, evaluate, and optimize production and kitchen processes, deriving tailored solutions for our clients
* Provide strategic consulting to international clients on investment decisions, efficiency improvements, and sustainability concepts
* Coordinate and manage interdisciplinary project teams while maintaining close collaboration with clients and suppliers
* Ensure quality and consistency across all project phases and present results to decision-makers at executive level
Das bringst du mit
* University degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Nutrition & Hygiene, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in the planning, optimization, or implementation of food production or large-scale industrial kitchens
* In-depth understanding of processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in food production and catering
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions
* Proven track record in leading project teams and confidence in working with international clients at senior management level
* Business-fluent in German and English
* High willingness to travel internationally
