For our location in Parsdorf bei München we are currently looking for a

Projectmanager PMO Sales (m/f/d)

Job Description

1. Leading and developing the Sales Cluster in collaboration with senior management, ensuring sales strategies align with the company’s broader goals

2. Optimizing sales processes by implementing best practices and enhancing sales tools

3. Collaborating closely with departments such as R&D, Controlling, and production

4. Monitoring and reporting project progress and results to the PMO and management

5. Rigorously driving change in close collaboration with the other PMO members and individual project leaders beyond the execution of measures.

6. Continously offering operative support to initiative leaders in de-risking/ accelerating targeted impact realisation and structural change/ "lock in" of measurable results

Job Requirements

7. 7+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably in a PMO or similar function, ideally within mechanical engineering or a related industry,ideally not limited to KM working experience

8. Proven track record in driving sales strategies and process optimization, with a focus on improving sales performance

9. Strong Financial reporting and data background, understanding root causes vs PnL impact on driver level

10. A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification

11. High level of initiative, responsibility, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams

12. Strong analytical skills, with experience in sales performance management, forecasting, and CRM systems

13. High acceptance level across stakeholders within KM organisation, beyond the current function, ideally first results of successful first implementation

14. Mature personality balancing the need for change with the readiness to support KM colleagues operatively in achieving targeted results within critical restrictions
