Your way to impact:
You will be one of two Sales Enablement Managers supporting the EU Enterprise segment and will report to the EU Global Markets Enablement Lead. You’ll lead the Enterprise Enablement relationship primarily with the German Market - and other additional EU Markets - building trusted relationships with leaders to understand and align priorities to local market strategy and OKRs.
Your day to day:
1. Meet with leadership to understand local market strategy, goals and priorities to identify enablement needs and opportunities.
2. Partner with product marketing, operations, GTM and other teams to assess enablement needs to support product launches.
3. Conduct regular meetings with sales leaders and managers to identify needs and build trust, long-lasting relationships and a feedback loop.
4. Design and implement enablement programs including onboarding, product training, soft skills, and sales methodologies.
5. Act as a point of contact for field sales managers and reps; manage communication channels, gather feedback and provide tailored support as needed.
6. Conduct training sessions, onboarding, workshops, and live sessions tailored to field sales challenges: focus on product knowledge, competitive differentiation, objection handling, and consultative selling.
7. Work with tools and platform teams to ensure the sales force has easy access to the tools they need in the field, troubleshooting issues, and managing user adoption.
8. Establish KPIs and track enablement program effectiveness using leading and lagging indicators. Use data to improve program content and delivery methods continuously.
9. Share market knowledge and expertise with cross-functional teams, advising stakeholders and localizing content/ collateral when needed.
What do you need to bring:
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
11. German language fluency.
12. 5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related sales operations role; ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth company.
13. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
14. Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
15. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
16. Strong organizational, planning and project management skills.
17. Experience in managing multi-disciplinary relationships.
18. Ability to analyze data to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
19. Proficiency in sales enablement platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, Mindtickle, etc.)
20. Fin-tech, e-commerce and payments understanding and experience are highly valued
