We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Managing Veterinarian to take on a leadership role in our practice.
What You Will Do:
* Leadership & Strategy: Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the practice's clinical and administrative/financial operations, with the full support of our central team. Develop and execute strategies that drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth both clinically and financially.
* Team Development & Recruitment: Lead, mentor, and inspire our dedicated veterinary team, ensuring they receive the support and training they need to thrive. Play a key role in recruiting new talent and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* External Relations: Act as the practice's ambassador, representing us to public institutions, authorities, and the wider community.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure that the practice adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements, including occupational safety, occupational medicine, and data protection policies.

Who We Are Looking For:
* Experience: At least 6 years of practical experience as a veterinarian, with a strong foundation in clinical practice, especially in internal medicine and surgery.
