 
        TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER – SAILING YACHT SHIPYARD Place of work: Greifswald, Germany – hybrid work. Responsibilities Lead the design of onboard systems (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical), creating detailed 3D models and 2D drawings with SolidWorks. Support the design and engineering of yacht structures and composite components. Support the design and engineering of deck plans, including all sailing and non‑sailing equipment layout. Prepare, review, and validate construction drawings and technical documentation. Collaborate closely with production teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure designs are feasible and compliant with certification standards (RINA, CE). Provide technical support during production phases in the shipyard. Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in the nautical/marine industry, with a strong background in onboard systems design. Professional proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory). Very good command of English (working language). German is a plus, but not required. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and comply with certification standards. Degree in Naval, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields (preferred). Strong communication skills, problem‑solving mindset, and team spirit. Knowledge of composite structures and production methods is a plus. Being a sailor is a plus.
