YOU…
* design, simulate and evaluate antenna radiation patterns on complex aircraft structures using RF simulation tools (e.g. CST, HFSS)
* perform link budget calculations, considering geometry, flight attitude and platform interference
* integrate antennas into aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with communication protocols and system requirements
* conduct and analyze EMC/EMI tests and antenna measurements
* optimize antenna placement and RF performance to meet mission and system integration needs
* collaborate closely with system architecture, EMC and integration teams to ensure seamless integration of RF systems
Qualifications
YOU…
* have a completed degree in the field of Telecommunications, RF Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a similar field
* have practical experience with RF simulation tools (e.g. CST Microwave Studio, HFSS) and antenna measurement techniques
* have strong knowledge of communication protocols, antenna characteristics (radiation patterns, VSWR, gain) and EMC/EMI testing
* are familiar with aerospace or defence standards and system integration on complex platforms
* have good communication skills in English
