* Main Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the Team - Assist the department's team in day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
2. Clients Database Management - Maintain and keep up-to-date clients database by inputting relevant data, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
3. Coordination and Communication - Coordinate with various service providers, clients, and third parties to ensure effective project management and resolution of issues.
4. Call Handling and Support - Manage incoming calls for the team, providing assistance and support as needed.
5. Calendar Management - Maintain board calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and organization of meetings.
6. Correspondence and Documentation - Write letters and emails in English, preparing and updating clients files (including paper and electronic documentation).
7. Document Collection and Filing - Collect and file documents either electronically or in wet-inked form, maintaining a secure and organized record system.
8. Mailing and Archiving Services - Arrange mailing/post services, filing and archiving documents in a secure and accessible manner.
