You will play a pivotal role in driving marketing data products by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of marketing data. This position is central to the governance and optimization of the tracking infrastructure and attribution methodologies across channels for Web and App. You will act as a subject‑matter expert for analytics and work cross‑functionally to build scalable, high‑impact data solutions. Your Role Manage marketing tracking for our app & web campaigns. Build, maintain, and optimise tracking infrastructure for reliable performance measurement. Work with all the marketing teams to ensure consistent taxonomy, attribution logics, UTMs, and campaign naming. Define and monitor data quality KPIs, troubleshoot tracking issues, ensure accuracy and completeness across marketing data sources (while upholding governance standards). Serve as the expert for analytics and marketing platforms (Mapp, GA4, GTM), evaluate new tools, and own technical setups for segmentation, attribution modelling, and marketing cost processes. Analyse multi‑channel performance, provide actionable insights for senior leadership, and build/maintain dashboards that visualise key marketing metrics and trends. Be the technical owner for attribution modelling, segmentation, targeting, CLTV, cohort analysis, and marketing cost processes—leveraging analytics tools and data products to optimise performance, ensure data quality, and collaborate seamlessly with data engineering and marketing teams. Your Profile 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing intelligence, or digital analytics, ideally in e‑commerce environments. Strong expertise in web and app tracking with Mapp, Adjust, GTM, GA4 and similar tools. Skilled in attribution models, taxonomy design, UTMs, and campaign tracking frameworks, with a solid understanding of measurement accuracy. Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with data models and marketing pipelines. Strong data governance mindset with a focus on accuracy and consistency across all tracking and marketing data sources. Experience with modelling data pipelines and API connections. Deep operational understanding and knowledge of core marketing channels, including SEO, SEA, Affiliate, Price Comparison, Social Media, and CRM. Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, A/B testing, and cross‑channel measurement, with the ability to turn data into clear insights. Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
