Job Title: Endpoint Support Professional
As an Endpoint Support Professional, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will act as Level 2 support on escalated incidents and provide daily reporting activities to the IT Support Coordinator.
* Proactively identify operational issues and perform system monitoring.
* Maintain information systems components' efficiency according to defined procedures and service levels.
* Support other Group IT entities on daily management of systems.
For this role, we require:
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT.
* At least 2 years of experience with proven skills in supporting, deploying, configuring, and administering endpoints.
* Familiarity with the entire Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, Exchange Online, Entra, SharePoint, Intune, licensing, and Security.
* Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for performing various support and administrative tasks.
