This is a Project Manager analyst role in the Enterprise Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team within International Operational Excellence which is responsible for partnering with multiple Line of Business stakeholders on a high impact Regulatory Anti-Money Laundering (AML) initiative across European processes, products and capabilities.

How will you make an impact in this role?

This role will be primarily responsible for the day to day project management of the initiative to support delivery against the project scope and milestones. The role requires close collaboration with the local and central business teams, Compliance and Senior Leaders across all markets within Europe.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Leading day to day Project Management related activities.
2. Leading project status updates and communications for review and/or approval.
3. Coordinating business partners on status updates and input to assigned tasks.
4. Creating project plans and driving progress against plan.
5. Mitigating risk and driving resolution of issues.
6. Communicating project status.

Minimum Qualifications:

7. At least 2 years of Leading projects / Project Management experience
8. University entrance qualification or comparable
9. Fluency in English, good German skills
10. Driven team player who loves a challenge with a positive attitude and is flexible
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
12. Ability to multitask and manage priorities a multifaceted workload
13. Resourcefulness and ability to influence
14. Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving. Creativity in solving problems and passion to identify and present effective solutions
15. Ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities, multiple demands and change without comprising on quality
16. Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively to ensure timelines are met and work volumes are managed
