Your new responsibilities:
1. Ensuring compliance with internal financial guidelines and instructions
2. Conducting complex budget planning, aligning revenue, materials, labor plans, cost centers, cash flow etc.
3. Leading the budgeting process for the Limbach- Oberfrohna Focus Factory in collaboration with the Controlling team
4. Presenting and defending budgets (bottom-up) in local and higher management budget review meetings
5. Preparation of regular forecasts as well as identification, analysis and clarification of plan and actual deviations
6. Preparation and review of budget, forecast and monthly closing reports as well as analysis of deviations and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
7. Transparent presentation of the financial status to management and information about significant changes and deviations
8. Development of complex product calculations, economic analyses, and cost comparisons
Your profile:
9. University degree in economics or comparable qualification
10. Extensive professional experience as a Controller (d/f/m) in an industrial company
11. Knowledge of digitization/data processing software (KNIME, Power BI) is desirable, SAP / SAP analytics knowledge is of advantage
12. Fluent English skills, written and spoken. German is of advantage
13. Proactive and solution-oriented behavior
14. Excellent planning and organizational skills as well as team spirit and communication skills in an intercultural environment
